At Riverdale Centre, we offer different branches; much like a river may have, to meet the needs of our clients in different areas.

We offer assessment services for learning difficulties and related skills. This includes attention, behaviour and emotional functioning. This type of assessment is known as psychoeducational assessment. This assessment service is available for children, adolescents and adults.
Parenting is one of the most important jobs any of us can ever have. It is very rewarding, but it is also hard work. Work that does not need to be done alone whatever your circumstances. We offer support and help for parents in a variety of ways.
Riverdale Centre offers support services to clients and their families with regard to learning support. This includes education about learning issues, consultation regarding program development, and ways of coping with difficulties.

The Client Portal

The Client Portal

The Client Portal allows for a secure, online connection between you and your psychologist. This may include forms, measures, appointment reminders, video conferencing, and payment methods. Although the system has the capability for online appointment booking, this option is not in use by Riverdale Centre Psychological Services at this time.

In order to access The Client Portal you need to be a new/current client that is setup up in our system. You will be sent an email including a temporary password after your initial contact with one of our psychologists. Please contact us for more information.

Our Practice Management System - Owl Practice

In administering our practice, we make use of a secure, web-based practice management system to store and manage our client records. This includes information such as client appointments, billing documents, session notes, contact details, and other client-related information and documents. The system we use is encrypted, has servers exclusively located in Canada (Toronto and Montreal), and access to the system is granted only on an as-needed basis and governed by our strict confidentiality policy. Additionally, all practice data in the system is routinely backed up to ensure the privacy and protection of sensitive client information and to assist us with PHIPA compliance.
